Hi, thank you for your interest in our shoe lifts.
1. The main difference is that Universal Shoe Lifts provide 2.4 inches height while Men Ultimate Shoe Lifts provide 2 inches height. They are all one size fit all.
2. Every shoe lifts is made of a high quality neoprene gel that helps decrease pressure on joints and relieve pressure from your spine, all while making you taller.
3. Yes. However you may only be able to use the bottom layer for dress shoes if the ankle support is low.
4. The lifts may last for over 3 years if you use them daily. They are both washable.

Hi Joseph, thank you for your interest in our shoe lifts. It is certainly safe for you to go over 2 inches. In fact famous celebrities like Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt and Aaron Kwok has gone more than that. The great thing is that they are hiding inside the shoes and people around you wouldn't notice the trick.
2 inches are usually good enough for most people (I am one using Men Ultimate Shoe Lifts) with very comfortable walking but Universal Shoe Lifts can provide more height with 2.4 inches.
